MPH Students Sarah Chance, Niccole Smith, and Johanna Lucas volunteered with the Dixie County Department of Health for their HealthFest. The HealthFest was organized by the Florida Department of Health particularly for underserved populations to gain access to health screenings from local partners, like UF HealthStreet. This was the first of three HealthFests this April, held by Gilchrist, Levy, and Dixie County health departments.
