Cleon Hendricks – Alumni Spotlight

Dr. Cleon Hendricks, UF Online MPH alumni, recently had his special project for the MPH program published in the Summer 2019 Kentucky Veterinary News newsletter. This newsletter is from the Kentucky Veterinary Medical Association. The article is titled “Investigating the Incidence of Brucella canis in the State of Kentucky.” Due to recent reports of Brucella canis, Hendricks authored the article detailing “its pathogenesis, clinical signs, diagnosis and treatment,” as well as its incidence in Kentucky.

Since graduating from the Online MPH program in Spring 2019, Dr. Cleon Hendricks is working as a diagnostic veterinarian at the Breathitt Veterinary Center and assisting the Kentucky Department of Public Health with their statewide arbovirus surveillance and testing.
